Introduction:
With the Online Data Remover you can delete most of the list and transactions types that are in QuickBooks Online. See Data Types page for what can and can' be deleted. Deletions can be based on a number of different criteria including date range, document number range and more. See screenshot 2 at Screenshots for a list of the available filters.Note: List names are marked as inactive instead of being fully deleted.
System Requirements:
1. QuickBooks Online.
2. Microsoft Access 2000-2013 (32 bit) or the free Microsoft Access Runtime engine which can be downloaded from the "How to Buy" page.
3. Windows 7, Windows 8.
4. Internet Connection.
